We are moving..

Have you ever moved to a new city? Or two or three...

It is not easy to leave your friends, favorite brunch spots, laundry lady, and the fuzzy feeling of knowing your neighborhood.

I have moved many a time. Let us start from the beginning, from India to Bangkok to Fairfax Virginia to Waldorf to Virginia Beach to here (Gaithersburg, Maryland).

Have you seen the movie "While You Were Sleeping"? When Sandra Bullock goes to the hot dog stand and says, "The usual" and the man asks, "What's that?" haha..That was funny! Every city I have lived in, I have had people know my usual. And to me, it is a well-deserved bragging right. So leave all that to move to a new city, has been very difficult for all of us in my family. But, a part of me kind of loves moving to a new place. On the flip side, one gets to meet new people, make new friends, find new brunch spots, new laundry lady, neighborhood and the new usual.

This blog is to involve the readers in the process of me settling down in this new area called, Montgomery County, Maryland.
