What’s cooking? - Potato Fries Salad

Asked my girls, I normally fast on Fridays. When I fast I don’t like to cook for anyone. Well I am sorry 😐 but that’s me. The fam should also understand this by now. Go be independent... whip something up for yourself. “Potatoes” I said...
They weren’t impressed.
Wait for it girls....
Let me tell you little thing about me, I love two things in my kitchen - cilantro and fresh.
So I started working on lunch, girls timed me and it took 10 mins for me to give them a delicious healthy lunch.... somewhat healthy.....
Pretty simple, cut potatoes 🥔 wedges, fry them@in a healthy oil till crispy brown in color. Meanwhile, prepare yogurt (whip it little with fork... can use Greek too but I used @costco bought), chop cilantro and 🍅 tomatoes...
When ready, place the crispy wedges in a plate or a bowl.... drizzle yogurt, few pieces of tomato, cilantro, salt, red chili powder and roasted cumin powder to give it a smoky earthy flavor.
Serve it. What are you waiting for? Fork..
